Domestic Shipping:

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Time: Once processed, orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on your location within India. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, strikes, or natural events.
  • Shipping Charges: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over ₹3000. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping rate of ₹150 will be applied.

International Shipping:

  • Processing Time: International orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery times vary by destination but generally range from 7-14 business days. Customs delays may extend this period.
  • Shipping Charges: International shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. Shipping rates will be displayed during the checkout process.
  • Customs and Import Duties: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
  • Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate, as we cannot be responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery Delays:

While we strive to meet our shipping timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier issues, customs, weather). We will do our best to keep you informed in case of any such delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at support@dancingthreadscollection.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
